Email support is FREE for email packages up to 20 mailboxes and is provided Mon - Fri, 9-5pm during normal working hours. In most cases we will be able to assist by phone and internet support; however, wherever possible and if required we will make on-site visits to ensure problems are solved.

Web support is FREE for the first 12 months and is provided Mon - Fri, 9-5pm during normal working hours. In most cases we will be able to assist by phone and internet support; however, wherever possible and if required we will make on-site visits to ensure problems are solved.

Any new work carried out on the design, build and coding of the website will be charged at the standard hourly rate. After 12 months support and maintenance will be reviewed.
