Free Advice

Whatever you are looking to do we want to help you achieve it: be it graphic design, web design, email, e-commerce, multimedia, web hosting etc. you name it we want to help you.

We provide expertise and free advice to any size organisation, large or small, no matter how simple or complex the requirements.

Free Quotations

As well as providing free advice we will also provide you with a free quotation. This is a unique document tailored to your requirements which amongst other things will provide a complete breakdown of costs and timescales, identify possible problems and provide solutions.

Free Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support is FREE for the first 12 months and is provided Mon - Fri, 9-5pm during normal working hours. In most cases we will be able to assist by phone and internet support; however, wherever possible and if required we will make on-site visits to ensure problems are solved.

Any new work carried out on the design, build and coding of the website will be charged at the standard hourly rate. After 12 months support and maintenance will be reviewed.

Free Training

For more complicated web projects and applications training may be required. This is FREE and where possible provided on site.

Free Internet Marketing

An initial meeting to discuss your internet marketing targets and budget is FREE. This meeting will determine how much if at all you wish to spend on search engine optimisation and other means of promoting your site.

We also provide an ongoing monthly search engine report package which includes regular re-submission to the main search engines and directories from £35 per month.
